View Send Orders
From EtelligentWiki
The Send Orders page (found under Send Orders | View Send Orders) displays all the send activity for your installation of Etelligent. This includes a historical record of all of your sends, as well as the status of sends that are queued or in progress.
Etelligent 1.6 and above: From this screen you can also jump straight to an email, get a full-screen preview of it, or view its reports.
Send Statuses
If you view the Send Orders page you can see a list of all emails that have been queued or sent and their current status. The most common statuses you will see are:
| Email Statuses | |
| Status | Description |
| Queued | A Send has been scheduled for a time in the future. Etelligent will not perform any processing of the Send until the scheduled send time. |
| Queued For Preprocessing |
A Send has been scheduled for a time in the future and will be Preprocessed (see Preprocessing an Email Send). |
| Preprocessing | The Send was set to be Preprocessed when it was queued up. Etelligent is currently generating the contacts list and pre-building the individual emails. |
| Preprocessed | Etelligent has completed pre-building the individual emails and is ready to pass them to the Etelligent mail server. Once the Send's scheduled send time is reached, the emails will be passed to the Etelligent mail server and sending will commence. The Send's Status will then change to Sending. |
| Started | Etelligent is generating the list of contacts that will be emailed. |
| Sending | Emails are being generated and passed to Etelligent's mail server where delivery has commenced. Contacts will be receiving emails. |
| Sent | Etelligent has completed generating and passing emails to the Etelligent mail server. If the Send is quite large, some emails may still be awaiting delivery. |
| Cancelled | A user has aborted a Send which was previously Queued. No emails have been sent. |
| Stopped | A user has aborted a Send which was previously set to Sending. The Send Orders page will provide details of how many emails were sent prior to the Send being Stopped. |
