View All Contacts

This option allows you to:
- See records from the Contacts Database on the screen
- Download records to your pc
- Enquire as to the number of contacts in the database or various subsets of the database
You can select the records that are displayed by choosing an appropriate filter and then taking the Show Data button.
There are some special System Filters, coloured white in the dropdown, which allow you to select all contacts, subscribed contracts, unsubscribed records and bad addresses. Alternatively, you can also select records using any 'Live' Mailing Filter (green), Test Filter (pink) or Datasource Filter (yellow).
If you choose to download data it will be sent to you as a '.csv. file (comma separated values file) which can be opened as a spreadsheet.
