User interface

Etelligent's user interface is divided into 3 sections: the Navigation, the Preview Pane, and the Header.
The first thing to understand about Etelligent's user interface is that navigation options are context sensitive. This means that depending on what you have in the right-hand preview pane (the screen you are working on), you will have different navigation options available in the navigation area. For example, if you have an email on in the preview pane then you will have the full Emails sub-section of options available to you. If you are not working on an email, these options will be hidden.
Sections and sub-sections
The options in the navigation are are divided into sections and sub-sections. For example, with the Email Marketing section there is an Emails sub-section which contains options like Create New Email.
Navigation sections and sub-sections are collapsible. To collapse a section or sub-section, click on the text of its name. The method is the same to open sections and sub-sections.
If your computer runs at a very low resolution, you may need to collapse menus in order to reach the option you need to use.
Header
Etelligent's header provides links Documentation (this wiki) and Technical Support, as well as an option to logout.
