Understanding Reports
From EtelligentWiki
This tutorial explains how to access reporting data collected by Etelligent.
When an email is sent out, Etelligent will track who opens the email, and how they interact with it. Etelligent will also help you to manage your mailing list by recording any emails which bounced (i.e. failed to get through to their intended recipients due to a bad address), and any requests for removal from the list.
Report Data can be accessed in three ways:
1. To Access Reports for Single Email
First you need to navigate to the email in question (do this by opening the campaign folder and clicking on the name of the email). When the email is displayed on the screen, the reporting data will be accessible.
2. On-Screen Reports
On screen you will see a summary report which looks like this
You can get more information including a breakdown of which contacts took which individual options. More information is available about On-screen Reports.
3. Printed Reports
You can select a report to print from the dropdown
More information is available about Printed Reports.
4. Downloading Report Data
There are options available when viewing On-screen reports to download data. This is most useful if you want to get lists of people who followed a particular 'call to action' in an email.
