Triggered Emails

As well as sending regular broadcast emails, Etelligent can send triggered emails. Unlike broadcast emails, triggered emails are single email sends to the specific individual causing the trigger.
Action Triggered Emails
There are two ways for these Actions to trigger an email:
- Survey Action: A recipient submits a form
- Link Action: A recipient clicks a link

Date Triggered Emails using Create Autosend
These triggered emails allow you to send an email on a key date, such as a recipient's birthday, 6 months since their last purchase, a few weeks before their contract is up for renewal, or any other relevent date data you may hold.
