Template Message

In Etelligent you create a new email by copying an existing message. Most Etelligent installations have a campaign folder called Templates in which are some pre-made templates to use in this way.
Once a message has been selected to use as a template click onto the Create New E-mail in the E-mails section. Here you now need to give some details to appear in your new e-mail.
This e-mail is now saved as a new e-mail ready for editing and alterations for a new campaign.
Note that in Etelligent emails stored in such a campaign do not have any special status, they are in all respects standard emails, although typically they are padded out with filler text rather than real copy.
It is however possible to create a new message based on any previously created email. However do take care as sometimes the repeated copying of an email can cause the underlying HTML to deteriorate.
