System Filter

There are a number of System Filters that are automatically included in all Etelligent installations. These cannot be used for sending out emails but are designed to be used from the View All Contacts page of Database Management. There are four of them, and they are coloured white in the filter selection dropdown. They are:
- All Contacts
- Subscribed Contacts
- Unsubscribed Contacts
- Bad Addresses
These are defined in the following way
All Contacts
Selecting this System Filter will display every contact record contained in your Contacts Database; no matter its status. You can use this System Filter to export all of your contacts, should you wish.
Subscribed Contacts
This System Filter will show you the entries in the Contacts Database that will accept emails from you. These contacts have good email addresses and have not requested that you remove them from future broadcasts by unsubscribing.
Unsubscribed Contacts
By running this System Filter you will see all contacts who are unsubscribed in the Contacts Database. These contacts are identified by the field named 'Remove' being set to 'True'.
Bad Addresses
This System Filter allows you to see all contacts who have been identified as having a bad email address. Such contacts are identified in the Contacts Database be the field named 'Bad Address' being set to 'True' AND the field named 'Remove' being set to 'True'.
