Replies to your email

After sending a message you need to deal with its replies. Etelligent has an inbox through which you can read and reply to messages. It also has some special features that allow you to Unsubscribe a contact. There are also the standard mailbox features of Delete and Forward a messages.

When emails are sent using Etelligent, the email address they are sent from is specified by the Email Properties. This is were you also specify the reply to address. Normally these should be the same.

However, before any emails get into the inbox they are processed through a rule based Bounce Management system. This is designed to allow you to set-up automatic rules specifying what should happen to an incomming email.

To look at replies

To look at your replies select Inbox List from the Feedback section of the navigation panel.

You will then see a list of inboxes coresponding to different e-mail addresses together with information about how many unread messages exist and the last time the inbox was checked.

To read the messages select an inbox by clicking the Name of the inbox next to the corresponding e-mail address you require. This will then show all messages for that address.
