Preprocessing an Email Send

Preprocessing an Email Send means that much of the work required to prepare it for sending is done in advance of the actual send time. Send Orders that have been Preprocessed will be sent much more quickly from the Etelligent servers.
You should consider choosing to Preprocess your Send if:
- It is going to a large number of recipients
- Delivery time is critical
- There are very many links in your Email and it is heavily Personalised
The typical scenario is that you might queue your Email for sending at 17:00 with a scheduled send time of say 10:30 the next day. If Preprocessing is selected, Etelligent will prepare the emails overnight, when server activity is light, and they will be released for sending at 10:30 the next day.
