Make features inaccessible for certain user types

When adding a new user who is either an Editor or Page Editor, it is possible to make certain features of Etelligent inaccessible.
First, create the user as normal and set their User Type to be either Editor or Page Editor.
When you click the Add button you are take to a screen with a series of checkboxes.
These checkboxes represent the available navigation option for the user. Any options that are not checked are not available to this user.
