Welcome to the Etelligent Wiki

As you will no doubt have noticed the Etelligent Wiki has been developed using the same software as Wikipedia "The free encyclopaedia that anyone can edit". However, unlike that application, currently we are not allowing users to directly add content, although we genuinely welcome all comments (particularly corrections and clarifications). If you want to contribute content that would be warmly welcomed too.

This wiki is intended for users of the Etelligent email marketing system. It is not a replacement for a formal training course, but we hope that you find it useful.

The best way to use a wiki is to search for the term that you are interested in; however if you would like to browse, below are some links to a selection of Tutorials and Knowledge Base articles.

Types of Article

Tutorials give an overview of 'how to do' certain common tasks. The tutorials will make reference to the other type of content held in the Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is searchable and contains a great deal of information to answer questions of the form What does that option do? as opposed to those of the form How do I ...?. Having said that it is not always possible in practice to make such clear distinctions, and so sometimes step-by-step instructions are included in the Knowledge Base as are FAQs
