Getting Help and Support

If you need to contact the Helpdesk, you can click the Technical Support link on the top right of the screen inside Etelligent.
This link will generate an email to your support team and must include the text "client code: <yourclientcode>" in the body of the message. Clicking the link will automatically do this for you and you should not delete it.
This text allows for integration with our ticketing system, if you send an email without it you will receive an auto-response informing you of this.
You can log into your Etelligent installation via the Etelligent Logon
