External Link to Etelligent WebPage

This is what you need to do to link to a WebPage in your Etelligent installation from your organisation's website.

1) You need to find the Etelligent "Page ID" for the WebPage that you want to link to. If you navigate to the page in question and open it you will see the ID number as shown below.

2) You should then use the "template URL" shown below as the basis for creating a link to your WebPage:

http://www.etelligent.co.uk/etelligent/mp-ViewWebPage.asp?CC=ClientCode&FRM=1&page_ID=YourPageID

Note: If your Etelligent installation is hosted at another URL, you should replace "www.etelligent.co.uk" with that.

There are two things you need to do to this "template URL":

• Replace the ClientCode text with your Client Code (this is what you used to log into Etelligent). If you're not sure, you can find it at the top right of the screen in Etelligent.

• Replace the YourPageID text with the unique Page ID number you obtained for your WebPage above.

Note that as you are linking to your WebPage outside the context of an Email, Etelligent will not be able to populate any Merge Fields. However, this might be useful as it allows you to create registration pages.
