Exporting Hard Bounces

You can export hard bounces from an individual send from the report for that message.
- Under the Raw Statistics tab, find the Hard Bounce column and click on the number
- The next screen lists all of the addresses that bounced; simply click the "Export list" link at the top of the page to download them as a .csv file which you can open in Excel
