Creating pages for Forward to a Friend and Surveys By default, whenever a Survey is submitted or a Forward-to-a-Friend link is clicked on an email, the header and footer of the web page that is brought up is skinned in the application's default. It is possible to change this.

Editing the Header
1. Open an e-mail campaign that contains the header and footer that you wish to use as a skin and show structure.
2. Open the header first in the Source Editor mode. This is done by clicking on the + on the far right of the component and then clicking on the <> button from the drop down menu.
3. This will then open up a window with the HTML code for the header. Copy all of the code and then close the window.
4. Now click on Admin -> Page Header -> Header & Footer.
5. Paste the copied text into the Header space and then Preview to ensure it looks as expected. Once the header is correct click on Submit and this will be saved.
Editing the Footer
This is exactly the same as editing the header except copying the code from the footer component and pasting it into the Footer space in the Admin -> Page Header -> Header & Footer screen.
Again with the footer select Preview before submitting to ensure it looks as expected.
