Edit Component

Components can be edited on one of two ways; either using Etelligent's WYSIWYG Graphical Editor or a simple text editor which allows you direct access to the underlying HTML.

You can edit components that have been used in an email or webpage (in which case the document needs to be in the Structure View), and you can edit components in the Component Library.

The icon that will open the component in the Graphical Editor is the penicl on paper icon.

The icon that will open the component in the text editor is on the drop down menu as the icon <>. Note that you will first need to take the option to show more icons.

This will open the HTML code for that component so it can be editied.
