Contact Search

Having loaded your contacts it is possible to search the database. Take the Contact Search option from the Etelligent Navigation Panel.
You will then see a screen that looks like this:
This shows that you can search by
- Etelligent's Contact ID
- First Name
- Surname
- Mobile
or combinations of the above. Notice also that these is an option to look at newly added contacts
Examples
1) Entering '@yahoo.com' in Email will bring up everyone in the application's database that has a yahoo.com address.
2) Entering '@bbc.co.uk' in Email and 'Paul' in First Name will return all the Paul's (and Paula's etc.) in your list who work for the BBC.
A list will be returned with the matches, and by clicking on the Contact ID will enable you to view/ edit their details, and click through to view their profile i.e. messages sent and their interactions with same.
