Campaign Overview

Campaign Folders are a way of organising Emails, WebPages and SMS messages in your installation. As with any filing system it is a good idea to put some protocols in place right from the beginning. Sorting out a messy installation after some months or years of emailing activity can be a challenge.
You can create Campaign Folders which will keep like types of emails together e.g. Newsletters 2008. Alternatively you might make a folder the all the materials associated with the launch of a new product.
As well as being a way of keeping an installation tidy, Campaign folders also group messages together for reporting. It is possible to make reports for all the messages in a Campaign.
