Add New Contact

If you take the Add New Contact option from within the Contacts Section of the Etelligent navigation panel you will be presented with a form that lists all the fields on the contact record.
Note that this is an automatically created from and it does not contain any special field validation. For example, if you were to add a field to the database called Contact Type intending it contain only the value Customer or Prospect it would not in any way be validated by this form.
If special validation is required you can build your own form using Surveys to construct a Registration Page
